Since 1996 till present has been working in oil and gas industry in the RF and since 2007 - also in Indonesia. 
Has wide experience of work in national and international information-analytical Institutions. 
In 1983 was graduated from Military Institute of Ministry of Defense (Lt.Col. reserve), in 2006 – Oil and gas Academy named after Gubkin.
Author of official Russian translation of IAS (International Accounting Standards). 
Public activities: Executive director of Russia-ASEAN Business Council at Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
