Lena Feygin

Lena has 20 years of experience in human resource development, psychology, education and communication.
Areas of Expertise: Typologies/Psychometrics; human resource development; corporate trainings; strategy and development of leaderships; quality of life program development for employees and companies as whole; development of communication programs for diverse groups; team development.

Since 1994 Lena resides in New York city with more of a presence in Moscow in a recent year. She has worked as Director of Franklin Career Institute for over 5 years. In her role as Director she lead all aspects of education process, teaching, and operations. She also audited out of state schools as a representative of Council on Occupation Education to determine institutions qualifications to receive government funding. Since 2001 until recently she was the Founder, CEO and later Board Member of FROG Enterprises Corp, a boutique consulting company with focus on psychometrics, change management, corporate trainings, education and communications consulting, as well as quality of work and work effectives consulting.
In her role of VP and Director of Business Development at Alameda Services, she has worked on the curricula development (in-person, hybrid, and eLearning format) for universities and workforce development organization in NY. Curricula was built using typologies and psychometrics methodologies, to custom tailor content to the target audience.
Since 2012 she worked with 9.8 Group (NY), a holding company for a variety of organizations where she played an active and key role: Global Logix Solutions (CEO), weMultiply (Managing Director) and Global Advertising Agency (Director of Special Project). Lena led projects in eLearning development and implementation, locally and globally; selection of Start Up teams and initiatives for investment; communication projects for multicultural markets in USA; coaching for C-level executives.
Since 2014 until now Lena’s focus is on the development of new communication instruments using CHART methodology (typology); development and implementation of eLearning practices; and development of a private psychological/psychometric practice with global presence.
Education: Lena graduated Fordham University (NY, USA) with a degree in Psychology and a London School of Life Couching. She is certified to administer and interpret over 15 psychological/psychometric tests. Lena has received her MBA from Carey School of Business, Johns Hopkins University (USA)
