Clients include: “Troika Dialogue”; “RossTelecom”; OAO “Giprosvyaz”; AFK “Sistema”, and other medium and large Russian organizations in a variety of sectors.
Throughout her career Krstina worked as an HR Director with “Russian Product”, acted as a Partner at “Three Worlds” a company focused on organizational consulting and strategic development as well as educational program development for employees; had a VP role at Derzhava Bank, where she worked on the implementation of Private Banking for VIP clients. 
Since 2006 and to this day her focus is on the development of new communication instruments, co-working, creative methodologies and development of innovative and creative labs for university campuses, and corporations.
Education: Kristina has graduated from MGU (Moscow State University) with a Degree in Psychology and has completed her Doctoral studies there. Kristina has graduated with an MBA degree from the State Academy of Agriculture.
