Ilya Bachurin

Born in 1970. He received education in both Russia and the Great Britain. In 1993 he organized Michael Jackson’s first concert in Russia. In 1995 he founded the Station 2000 radio. He headed music broadcast department of Channel One and was one of the founders of the Starts Factory project as well as the chief editor on MTV. He produced the Olympic Flag ceremony in Vancouver. He has been appointed Sochi-2014 Organizing Committee Vice-President and Director-General of the GLAVKINO group of companies since 2008.
