Minako Ota

She did traditional Japanese painting in Art University of Tokyo (Tama Art University 1984—1988). When she had graduated from the University she decided to go in for canvas restoring and continued her education in the USA (Virginia Commonwealth University 1988) and Europe (Cambridge University 1989—1992).

Up to 2007 Minako had been restoring canvas of western artists in museums such as Victoria and Albert Museum and The Art Institute of Chicago and later she began to create her own pieces of art, soon she became very famous.
